Order Processing:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days

Expedited Shipping:

  • Cost: $4.50
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden and Australia 
  • International Shipping Rates:
    • Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
  • Delivery Time: Varies by destination, typically 7-21 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are determined by the destination country.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or carrier limitations.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
